it worked good, i need to air the shocks up a little more or get airbump if i'm gonna keep it low. On the hard fast hits it would bottom the shocks. It only has about 4-5 inch of shaft showing. It had some body roll, but not enough that it made it scary. I need to wrap the exhaust cause it gets hot on my side. Its a good thing i didn't sell you that tank, stupid thing started leaking through the weld.

Re: my buggy and tacoma
Glad to here it worked good. You should just save your money and buy the air bumps. Sick. Is the tank leaking through the repaired weld or the stock weld?

through the stock welds, I read on pirate that the aluminum ones always leak.ghettowheeler wrote:Glad to here it worked good. You should just save your money and buy the air bumps. Sick. Is the tank leaking through the repaired weld or the stock weld?

Re: my buggy and tacoma
ya i traded it today for a 2003 tacoma
3.4, 5 speed, inchworm cases with 5.0, 3 link front, 4 link rear, fox 2.0 coilovers, dana 60 rear 35 spline, dana 44 front, yukon shafts, arbs in both.
its too tall, but it seemed stable. I think i will leave it alone until this winter then lower it. I will basically have to cut all the tube off to lower it because it was built around the body lift. He put a body lift on it instead of cutting through the floor for the clocked cases if i change the shocks to 14 and 16 instead of 16,18 and remove the body lift it should lower it to a good height
