Well, I was lucky enough to have the stars a line and a wife that is super cool. So, I dismantled my chassis with the help of friends and started to take parts to a friend. See pics.

Yes, have been fortunate to let him do his thing. It will still have four seats and the rear seat has room for someone that is about 6' and still have 5" of clearance to the head bar. Also, the distance from the rear seat to front seats is like 3x more than my old chassis. I am getting very excited. Heading to the shop on Saturday to help where I can.

Now you know why I need some aluminum for the roof and floor boards. Thanks.

Engine and mid plate go in this week. Transmission output shaft and Transfer cases will be mounted. Also, cleaned the rear axle today. So, that the 1 1/4" hiems can fit.

My 302 with HO EFI. TCI C-4 Transmission. StaK transfercase. True Hi9 spooled. HP D60 detroit. 4 link front and rear with 1 1/4" hiems on the lowers and 3/4" hiems on the uppers. Each corner will have the brackets to allow my existing coil overs and future triple bypasses. The only thing really new is the EFI and Transmission.

nice, the efi is nice and simple to deal with.. Pretty reliable too, just keep an extra TFI module with you at all times.. Smile

More room, and it is 10" shorter. The wheel base is 112" which is 3" less than the old rig.
