Briz Family Formula toy Build!!!!!

I bent up this switch box for my ARB's. The switches are run by air pressure off of the Co2 tank. That is why the box is so large do to the length of the switches. No more growling ARB compressor. I hope it works out as planned.

Traced this onto some sheetmetal to bend up 1 piece for the switch box.

just for people like me that have no idea is there enough air for a run on the tank only and if you run outa air cause you used it all can you refill it with yer compressor that I am assuming you have,

EDIT i know nothing about the co2 tanks that you speek of

um...sorry im not good at that kinda stuff

The ARB's just take a small burst of air. From what I have heard the small 20oz. Co2 bottles will engage a Dana 60 ARB 500 times. I will be running it off of a 10lb. bottle. As far as the wiring goes the stock harness has been torn down to the necesities. Thanks to Pete. We just need too start wiring it back together.

With these little guys. I got them from Hendrix when I picked up the chassis. 1/4" thick. 1/4 20 button head. For the floor I drilled and tapped 1/4 20 into the frame to save some of those tabs.

Well Korbi figured out a sick paint job for the side panels. Lay down some black then red, cover with seran wrap and walla. Fricken [b]SSSSIIIIIIAAAAACCCCCKKKKK. (JUST A TEST PIECE)

I got the side pieces of the floor completed. High lift mounted. Power tank remounted. Ice chest and storage area is started.

Sooo... you covered it with seran wrap and pulled it off for a textured looking effect, right? I can't really tell in that pic.

Yeh it makes it have a textured look with 3 different colors into it. I really like it.

Lookin' good. Need to take a day off to try to catch up.

I like the paint idea, should look different and sweet.
