its just too high. i got a smokin deal on the springs but there too big. i had to change all the spring and shackle hangers to fit the obital eyes. soooo.... idk... may be i should take the case's and front axle out, put the 79 front axle back on and get a t-case and sell it...

i have an 83 that ive been thinking about building...

so im going to keep her. im trading my sled for everything i need for a 22re swap.

the springs are used but only have 2-3 trips threw fordyce so i hope they will settle a little more. (i may try to rework the pack but ive been told it can be a pain trying to mess with alcan springs...)

im going to cut off the front frame crossmember and build my own so i can raise the spring mounts a couple inches. while im at it im going to do a "quasi mount" for the steering box.

also i traded my 36" tsl sx's and 200 cash for some 39.5 iroks. when i got back from that trade my buddy chris told me he has a brand new set of 15x8 black steelies he would sell me for 50 bucks. yes!

If you drill your spring perches you can offset/bring your front axel forward another 1"+. Keeps the tire out of the fire wall.

Save your $$$$ and buy ruffstuffs front housing. They will spin your balls to which ever angle you like. Sick ass housing for a good price and they are local. No shipping costs
