Added some new to me wheels and tires. 37x12.50x16.5 Goodyear Wranglers (off an H1) and 16.5x 9.75 Ultra Modular style aluminum wheels. They also have a safety bead on the inside of the rim..

That front X-member is beef! Is it in yet? Got pics of that thing installed. Picture

I clicked on the link you posted above and saw the pics of that thing. It looks good. How did you order one? I may want one. The price is right. Laughing

If it's in, how does it feel? Good job

Well, figured out that the 203 idler bearings crapped out.. Bling and tube stopped by and and helped me get those cases out and apart. I will get pics up later.. Now I have to get another 203 range box and check a few more things out also.. Might as well, I am already in there..

What kinda oil was in this thing? Are you running the doubler kit or just the 203?

gear oil now cause it was run as a doubler. I believe it had eng oil before as the full 203. It was in my blazer when I bought it. had 65k OE mileage on the truck.. I think it has been low on fluid before I got it.

Matt, where/when are you getting your springs.

fordh8r, I am interested, but i don't know when I will be out that way before my b-day trip to the con. thread in the trip forum if you haven't seen it yet..

Ok, that's why I asked. Because the stock 203 is supposed to have 10-w30 or 10-w40 in it. Often times they start to leak and lose bearings if you put gear lube in them. As for it being used as a doubler...I haven't heard or seen what is recommended to be used in the 203 portion of the doubler or if the doubler shares oil between the 203 and 205 cases (assuming it does?). 77 K5 - Page 2 980970

yup, the 203 when it is a complete case (stock) uses 10-30 or 10-40, but Many chevy guys say to just run gear oil if your using as a doubler only. My doubler adapter (Jed's Machining) doesn't share the fluid. To be honest, I didn't check it out when i installed it in the doubler position due to the fact that I ran it as the 203 when I first bought the Blazer. Never heard any noises before.. but could have been already goin out..

Sweet, hope to see you there.

Cool, thanks, but I went to PnP and picked out a range box. I almost picked another SM465 and 205, but I opted to grab the detroit that was in the 14 bolt in that same truck.. Very Happy Gonna try to sell/trade and get a locker for the front.. now I gotta wait to install my t-cases.. Need to get some gaskets..
