Only item not in my fridge was the cilantro:mad3: errr

Mixed it up and tossed on the George F. Then broiled the chessy goodness to a nice golden brown. Then topped with some fresh white onion and tap.

Either dutch oven slow cooked "somthin" or traditional Mexican . Not sure yet.
