WILLYNILLY (Involved in a custody battle)
Alright guys heres some pics of my build. Its been ongoing for a while. Most mods are apparent but feel free to ask questions!
Started as a stock 1951 CJ3A till I striped the R&P blew the clutch, and brake master cylinder in a trip to the mountains with 5 buddies in it.
So the mods started. Got a bit of a rust problems.
My baby boy in this pic about 4 months after I started my build. And again a few weeks ago when I picked up my 42s.

Re: WILLYNILLY (Involved in a custody battle)
So I got the papers from the attourney to sighn to gointo the court today! The papers drawn up find the shop in violation of over 24 violations of the montana consumer protection act, as well as fraud, deciept, and a half dozen other violations of industry standard. I just have to determine all my damages and return it and everything will be in the courts and rollin!!!

Re: WILLYNILLY (Involved in a custody battle)
I doubt that I will have my rig back for a few months, then I have to finnish it, maybe I will make it out there next year! My attourney says that since he violated the fair trade and consumer protection that there is a chance that we could get tripple the damages. SO then I could afford a trip. I was told that everything could be wraped up in 6 months if the defense agrees to a judge only trial but if they want a jury trial it will be a year just to see court.

Re: WILLYNILLY (Involved in a custody battle)
I havent seen it since january, since the attourney took over, but I have over 200 photos of it, and wont have any problems prooving the guy did anything!! I am pretty sure she is still ok!! Today was a good day! Just trying to tally all this guy is gonna owe me. My attourney says that if its accepted as a consumer protection case that there is a good chance he will owe tripple what I go for, and even if I lost there is a 0* chance I would have to pay his attourney fees!!!

Re: WILLYNILLY (Involved in a custody battle)
Oh I will get my money, I will sit in that shop and every bad check I get I will go back after him! I will not let this guy off the hook! I dont care if I get tripple as long as I get my stuff back, the guy owns two shops so I am pretty sure hes not going to turn tail because I will get everything! Well maybe I am jumpin the gun but Im excited for the first time in a long time about this! And my attourney is pretty confident!

Re: WILLYNILLY (Involved in a custody battle)
Bad news I may get my jeep back here soon but I wont be able to work on it till the trial is over! Supposidly its evidense and working on it would be considered tampering with evidense.... Pretty gay. Trial will most likely be in a year, and then they could appeal when they loose and it could be upto four years before I get to work on my junk again!
I am debaiting getting a backup rig for now to tide me over, there is a 1964 scout truck with a 14b rear 44 up front 36in tires... SB400... guy is asking 3500, the wife says its ok.... Then I would wheel it till I get mine back then ditch it and finnish mine up.
