They have been down for a couple days. I thought I was banned, but it looks like they are only letting 40 or so people on at a time. Just thought I would share since I see alot of you monkeys over there Cool

Well, as much as I would have preferred to know it was a power outage in San Jose (where our server is located), it is not.

Here is the email response I received from our host:

"We moved all our DNS systems yesterday so it can occur that some wont
work properly..."

Then when asked why I was not informed of this move ahead of time,

"Well frankly,
we usually dont host client domain names.
So when we move servers, it may occur that we forget someone."

Wow, that is reassuring news, considering that we spend money with them to offer us good service. All they had to do was just let me know like 1-week in advance so that I could have put some news up on the site, but nope.

So now I would rather configure my own nameserver so that this won't happen again.

This morning I reconfigured the DNS settings on our server, and our entire website should be back working in normal fashion within 72 hours.

Some of you can get the forum and some cannot. This is because its DNS settings are still being updated throughout the WWW.

Sorry for this mess. As you can imagine this has been extremely frustrating for me.
