CAL O.S.H.A SUCKS

thanks to cal o.s.h.a I had to get certified to certify our ('') employees to drive a forklift or a pallet jack .Looks like ill be the only running the lift for a while. So i still have to buy the Spanish dvd and tests ($300) because no one speaks English here ('')
and still more to come? all the signs i have to buy to put up have to be bilingual WTF !!!

i just spent 6 night, 5 hours a night to be osha 30 certified. thats on top of the other 60 hours i spent in eps 1,2,3 (electrical project supervision)+2 hr cpr first aid+ 10 hr competant person training+ 10 hrs nfpa 70e class. I did all that crap just so that i can be a foreman on a "code of excellence" job. stupid state and there dumb ass rules.

so i feel your pain i'm tired of school and never ending training.

the stupid thing is all i had to do i watch a ten min dvd and he certified me!!
no written tests no actual driving test? how dumb is that!!!! but i got my card
stupid ass laws! even better my dad is now a certified trainer too and one of the guys he wants forklift certified backed out of the freezer with the load up
and hit the backrest on the door header and bent the backrest froward about 8"

Yikes.... that does suck.
