I'm on a diet and so far I've lost 7 lbs in 10 days.

I take green tea and spice pills (green tea is awsome!!)... and also, I've learned not to mix carbs with protein and vice versa. It's working!

Yeah......... sometimes I get that feeling that I should go work out & get in shape........then I go lay on the couch until that feeling goes away. I'm in shape............round is a shape.

Maybe we can make this our own Health Help thread so we can encourage each other to work out and shed some pounds as well... Razz Kind of a competition of sorts... punish

I got my wedding dress finally.. and I HAVE to lose at least 20 lbs in order for it to work... so give me some motivational assistance ya'll! Yes
