Well ten years ago I was a size 30 and I'm now pushing past 38. This is unacceptable.

I have tried all the diets and after ten years I have realized that I just need to eat right and exercise ( two things I HATE ) I was always the guy who walked the mile in high school. I also realize that this can't be a temp thing. I need a complete lifestyle change in my eating habits.

My plan

1. Eat light lunches ( I pig out at lunch )
2. No more eating after 8:00 (I'm a second dinner kind of guy )
3. Go light on the fatty foods, cheese, and mayo
4. Run, Run like forest gump... This will be the hardest. I hate running, but I need to do it. I am going to start tomorrow morning. Not sure if I will be an evening runner or a morning runner.

Wish me luck...

Lets barbecue tonight.....

Maybe some chicken, should go great after your run. Why not bike though, especially if you hate to run.

Good luck and I feel confident you will do well.
