doctor ugh

went in today my side ached bad. but it was on the left side and everything checked out fine. They told me I strained something. here is the bad news. The want me to cut down on sodium and get my bloodpressure down ugh . Ok I need tips what do i do? Just stop eating and go workout?

Burgers are ok, as long as they are ferrel
Hebrew national hot dogs are ok

It's tough and it sucks, dude, but maybe try to read more of what's on the labels when you buy stuff at the grocery store. I started being more conscious of this lately and it will surprise you how much sh...stuff is in what we buy and eat. The good news is there's gotta be something out there that you can find and enjoy that fits the criteria for healthier eating. I'm still working on it myself. I'm as bad as anyone when it comes to eating badly. I love to eat good food. It just sucks that not all good food is good for you though. My wife started buy this pasta made from wheat and I actually like it.


If you start eating more fruit don't be fooled into buying lots of juices to replace that stuff. My doc put it to me this way. "Our bodies were not designed to intake so much sugar at once, which is provided by fruit juices and such". I thought it made some sense. Plus you get the fiber from the fruit and not the juice so much.

Well, find stuff that works for ya! <----in a completely non homo way, of course.

Less red Meat. (i know, nobody on here wants to hear that) haha

O you can eat spaghetti if you make the sauce your self. don't add salt or meat. The Lipid's in the Tomatoe are good for you.
