Look at the edit window when posting. There is an image icone and next to it (on the left) is a "Host Image" icon. Click on the hosting image, upload your pic, get the URL and click the image icon. Paste the URL into the little popup window and click "OK".

OR, you can register for a free account at photobucket.com and upload your pictures there then click on the [img] link and paste it directly to the edit window.
