Who is going to the Tin Bender's Jambo?

Usually last weekend in April. Lots of fun.

I might try to make it down there for Thursday, Friday, Saturday Jambo run and leave Sunday morning.

Johnson Valley, Hammers. So-Cal

It is usually the last weekend of April and is at Johnson Valley, Ca. It is about 30 to 45 minutes out of Victorville.

I am planning of leaving Wednesday night or early Thursday morning before the event. Arrive set up camp, and start wheelin'. People arrive as early as Monday for this event but the majority of the people are there by Friday afternoon. Lots of fun, explosions, fire, carnage, drinking and FUN...

The two times I have gone it took roughly 9 hours to get there from Sacramento, Ca.

Saturday is the organized run, which offers many different trails with there posted difficulties. Saturday night they have a large barbecue with a raffle.

The real problem is that our 5th year anniversary and I don't the wife will let me off this one.

Saying that I might go down mid-week and return Saturday. I am also looking for some other event down there, know any?

Well, I can't go...

My wife has stated that our 5th year anniversary is more important, which I agree.

But, I was thinking of getting a small group together and heading down in the first part of May.
