Pictures from Moonrocks
Went out to moonrocks yesterday, didn't get to wheel (truck was acting up) but i got some pics of IFS challenge. It certainly was a challenge yesterday, with sloppy mud and slick rocks, some snow and ice, only 4 rigs made it through. The group then went to run a trail away from moonrocks, so I left.
Little bit of carnage:
One of the rigs that made it through:
Near flop, after getting out of the sketchy situation, he made it through as well
Another rig that made it through
Another rig that made it. They just crawled right on through, no problems.
Freshly SASd 4runner, gave it a good effort but didn't make it

The brown camo Toy is sweet! Looks like fun. I'll be up there the weekend of the 25th but not sure about doing any wheeling though

That looks like a place I 'd like to go to. Hope to be doing some wheelin soon. Just got some stuff to still finish on my rig. It's on the back burner right now with some other stuff I'm doing while my son is in town. After he leaves I'll get back to it for sure.

Ahh I have always wondered that. All the pictures I ever see seem to always be taken at the large rock formation. Where is it located anyway? Is it pretty close to the hammers?

Re: Pictures from Moonrocks
BTW, that large rock formation is MUCH bigger than it appears in pictures. Just the face makes it look smaller than it is, but it is deep!
