MCR8 PICS!!!!!!
Well, Matt & JayD defeated Soup Bowl but those pics are on Chris's camera
BTW: ALL our pics can be seen on my myspace (myspace.com/ford4x4chik27), and vids are coming soon!
Here's some pics of our trip in:
Camp @ soup bowl thursday morning

Leaving Soup Bowl, probably between 10 & 11

Volts running at 18+ inspired it was time to change the voltage regulator:

Mmmmm shade

Jason's carnage

Dork LOL

Stuk

rock, meet truck

OOPS

BigBird AKA our hero of the weekend showing off his handiwork

Bumped into RokCrawlinToy on our way between Buck and Big Sluice - he'd broke a few steering components and was 'making them work' one way or another.

Some event pics:
Setting up

Registration

Product Sales:

Raffle stuff minus the 3 stooges

And we rolled with BigBird and MonsterYota on the way out Sunday - made GREAT time. Roughly 4.5 hours wheelin to get out:
Waiting on Big Sluice while other rigs coming down passed

Steering box bolts backed out on Blingn's rig - so he had to tighten those..

X Chassis :drooling:

BigBird at the top of BS:

Hendrix helping out a Grand Cherokee that was having some issues getting out:

Waiting.. again

Blingn & BigBird:

$1000 hill - only one pic of this one, I filmed it all too

Waiting for a bunch of Rhinos to go by

Finally made it back to the trail head - no incidents and everyone in one piece:

Miley's ready to go home!

Amazingly we were on the road before 5pm! A record for us

Miley was asleep before we hit the cement

We saw some amazing views on our way home:

Final stretch:

Nice! Matt, what happened to your driveline? Well I know what happened but what caused it? Glad to see you all made it back out safe.

I beat on her pretty hard to get up soup bowl. I found a line on the con after buck. It was one that had an easier section on the right of the trees and an harder one on the left. I was feeling pretty confident after soup bowl so I went for the harder line. I had a section picked out and went for it. I put my pass tire on a rock that slipped off and bam taco driveline.

Re: MCR8 PICS!!!!!!
Yeah man real good times. There was one stress crack on the spring hanger that I had chrisssssssssssss take a look at and I do not think there is any worries on it. All the welds held up great, rear springs were awesome. I was pretty much able to point and when the front made the rock pile the rear would flex anything. It was nice!! The best rig I have had on the trail by far.
