What is the Calorie and Fat content? Where are the vegetables?

That is what my wife would be saying, I would say "Dig in".

Actually, the only bad thing on the plate is the bacon..

Pork tenderloin is like NO fat, we had asparagus and po's.. Gravy was made from the water that came out of the po's, the tenderloin drippings, and a little sherry. Cool
