Making him a BIG Ol' Dinner

- Coq au Vin (dutch oven chicken in lots o red wine) Julia Childs recipe modified by altonbrown and choppa
- Marinated / grilled T-bones
- Teriyaki Chicken for the kiddies

- Grilled veggies
- Salad

- Low cal butternut Risotto
- mack and cheese for kiddies


Should be good.

I will do a play by play as usual !!

Marinating starts tomorrow night.
