Toy looks nice and the buggy looks like it should be fun.
Who was the previous owner of the buggy?
What kind of power plant? Do you know what you are going to run in it?

Re: my 83 and single seater tube chassis
the buggy is from washington. don't know much about it i traded a custom front housing for it. it is based on toyota running gear, so that will be what i will put in it. he had a 22re and 5 speed and i am gonna go with propane on this also and thinking about an automatic. probably just put 37's on it. i would like to take the running gear out of the yota and put one tons under it then put that gear under the buggy. we'll see

Re: my 83 and single seater tube chassis
odie brought me my chassis today. got the chassis at my house now. welded some wheels to the bottom of the chassis to be able to move it around. started grinding and rewelding stuff. overall not to bad on the welds, but alot of them are undercut and focus one one side more than on both. plus all the tubes are open on the end so i pulled out the plasma and cut some plugs and welded them in then ground them smooth. i also replaced the front gusset with a trucker girl. i am still trying to visualize how the drivetrain goes in. hopefully it become more apparent once i get some to put in it. i also framed up a pretty cool poster that i got
what color should i paint it?
