time stamp

when people post it looks like the time stamp is messed up. I think the red icons are messed up too

1: Timestamp:

Your timestamp is adjustable in the user settings. Go to Profile > Preferences > Timezone. Set it to GMT - 8 hours. See if that works

I haven't found any issues with the new vs old topic....?
