<description>This is my 1985 Toyota 4Runner build up thread. I bought this truck in January of 2005. I bought it from the second owner who had performed all the modifications through the help of a local shop. It was kept in a storage unit the last 10 years of its life, and even had the original paint job. When I bought it, it already had:

-DOA built 22RE, bored, cams, downey header, k&amp;n air filter w/ 20,000 miles on it when I bought it

-Front and Rear custom bumpers

Here's what it looks like now, as you can see the front axle is pretty far back when compared to the red Migo. When the tire comes up it stuffs into the floorboard so bad the rig won't move:

<description>Alright guys heres some pics of my build. Its been ongoing for a while. Most mods are apparent but feel free to ask questions!

Started as a stock 1951 CJ3A till I striped the R&amp;P blew the clutch, and brake master cylinder in a trip to the mountains with 5 buddies in it.

So the mods started. Got a bit of a rust problems.

My baby boy in this pic about 4 months after I started my build. And again a few weeks ago when I picked up my 42s.

So he rolled the truck originally, this is what it was to begin with, and this is what it looked like afterwards:

So everyone put their heads together and found him a new cab. So he's doing the swap from reg to ext cab, keepin the 22R for now, and still workin on it.
