I currently have a 1958 CJ-5 with a 12 bolt lincoln locked, and a 10 bolt up front open; both with 5.38:1 gears. It also has a Chevy 350 in it with an SM420, and Dana 300 t-case. I got a good deal on a 1974 Blazer on 1 tons; Dana 60 front with ARB and 4.56:1 gears, and rear is a 14 bolt full floater with detroit and 4.56:1 gears.

I will be swapping axles and then also taking the winch and then attempting to sell the Blazer.

My Runner has an SAS & 63's in the rear that fordh8r & I did New Years eve weekend since we had nothing better to do Currently it has a Sky front hanger moved forward 1" & boomerang shackles with Alcan 5.5" springs that are 1.5" longer than stock, Marlin u-bolt flip kit, Sky x-over steering, Marlin 14" shock hoops Rancho 9000's in the front. The rear has 63" Chevy's with Chevy u-bolts as a u-bolt flip kit, a Chevy lowering shackle flipped as a lift shackle ...

Well ten years ago I was a size 30 and I'm now pushing past 38. This is unacceptable.

I have tried all the diets and after ten years I have realized that I just need to eat right and exercise ( two things I HATE ) I was always the guy who walked the mile in high school. I also realize that this can't be a temp thing. I need a complete lifestyle change in my eating habits.

My plan

1. Eat light lunches ( I pig out at lunch )

2. No more eating after 8:00 (I'm a second dinner ...

Looks like there isn't much action in the Chevy section, so I won't expect too much help here.

Has anyone harvested a GM TBI from one rig to put on an older one? I want to put TBI on my 76 Chevy. I know a guy that put a GM TBI on his 360 Jeep motor. It works well. I want to hear from someone who has done it from GM to GM.

so i reworked my garage also. i filled the nail holes, repainted the walls, resurfaced the garage floors, added garage cabinents, 2- 4 lamp 4' flourescents and 4- 2 lamp 4' flourescents. added 2 20 amp circuits on the cabinents wall. i will add a subpanel for the plasma and the welder. i still have to put my racks up from the other house. so i will have 30" deep by 8ft tall by 16' long racks on the other wall

My brakes SUCK!!!! I have researched the reasoning to be a master cylinder that doesn't throw enough fluid per brake stroke. Rockstomper makes an adapter that comes with a 1 ton MC, but i was hoping for a slightly smaller 1/2 ton MC... a gent who tested his rig with several MC's recommended the 1/2 ton.

I would like a 1/2 ton Chevy master cylinder with a bore size of 1 1/8". That coupled with my oem double diaphragm booster should enable me to stop on a dime once again. Anyone?

Ok where are the pics chris and d???? That was an awesome trip. Trail looked pretty clean. There were some spots that needed help. We got to w hill 1 and it looked pretty crazy and when chris and d were going to go around the bypass they met up with the group that headed out 2 1/2 hours earlier.

my father inlaw helped me rewire the garage so I could use the grinder, air compressor, welder and drill fridge all at once. He wired up alot of lights and we moved the tool boxes and the work bench so it is closer to ventalation and not close to the hot water tank and the flu. He even helped me make a bench to store the fridge and the welders
