I know its only time before their on but just what to save what is left of a soild cab. before you end up like a turtul on his back. just thinking of your own saftey. and passengers.

Re: Project RAIDER X
This weekend we should be putting the axle more forward and putting on new shock mounts and new shocks. The rear shocks will also be on and the whole rig will have a longer wheelbase. I normally do a shake down run before a huge get together, but Mcr will be my shakedown run for the new suspension and wheelbase set up.

Re: Project RAIDER X
I brought the truck over to choppermans house and we got some major work done on it. He welded up the shock mounts and I changed the alternator. We both tackled the motor mounts, that fell out when we lifted the motor. We got the tow rig fixed that broke down on the way to his house. got the d max 60 in and the steering on. We stayed up till 4 am on sunday morning and woke up at 8 something am and got back to working. Chopperman figured out why the t case was leaking and he built me a driveline too.

Re: Project RAIDER X
Took her on a shake down run it had great flex. everything is dialed in. I still have a noise in the front end that I hope to find before mcr, but the rest is great.

Re: Project RAIDER X
ok so got the front end noise figured out. The d line was loose and the u bolt springs were loose. Still took the tires off and checked the spacers. also took of the bump stops and looked at the center pin and all good. tighten everything up, took off the fenders so i do not hit the tires under flex and the rock lights will show since they would not b4 with the fenders crunched in. FFC will do the rock lights tomorrow, Ill clean up the wiring for the arb, and load the new tool bags we got for the truck and we are good to go. I will not have the truss on for this trip (ran out of time). The new shock mounts are not in yet either because the rear springs are not on the front yet.
