Not much is left. My buddy is taking the windshield frame to convert his into a convertible and the title. He is also taking the lift. I have the front bumper, tailgate without glass, front and rear seats, roll cage, winch, fenders, Lt wheel well, grill, hood, h4 hella head lights, NP203, TH350, radiator and steering column. I also have a bunch of odds and ends left in the truck. Let me know if you need anything from it before we junk the rest.

I have a brand new aluminum 1" body lift, and also brand new F250 mounts.

Here are some pics of the progress after today:

Chris, give me a call. 516-903-7071

Steering box brace
PSC Setup - (what all is included) I will let you know for sure if I am selling this right away
winch (also what model) This is an old school Warn 8403. There is no controller but there is a switch hooked up to it. It works as I just tested it.
F&R Seats
center console
roll bar
doors - (unless your buddy is taking them) He is holding onto them for now just to measure his doors up to before cutting his own but they have a rust spot on the bottom. If you still want them I will get them for you. Unless you just need the glass or something thats easy.
Engine? 3470010 is the casting number. I am not positive about selling that yet
front radiator core support
Does your buddy have a lift on his truck that he wants to sell? Year and lift size? I will let you know about this
fuel tank with straps. Do you want the skid plate too?
brake lines if your not keeping them I will let you know about these once I complete the axle swap onto my jeep.

Unless noted everything else I will sell to you. I will try and work up some prices today. I am just going to see what they are selling for on ebay and other sites and then discount it some from there. If you have a price in your head let me know.

I also have a winch front bumper.

Yeah, it is the older model of the 8274 warn winch. I have seen the 8274 go anywhere from 100 to 400. I don't have a price yet but I can figure out one. Also, are the exhaust pipes available. I don't need the mufflers, but i do need pre-bent exhaust pipe from that truck.. if your selling that too.

Sorry the exhaust is sold. Yea, I would say about $140 for the winch with the fairlead and hook.

I am going to go to PC this Sunday, then drop the jeep off to get the clutch done on Monday and once I get it back I will be working on swapping out the axles.

New plans! The jeep is going to Sillyfab on Thursday to get the clutch done, axles put in and drivelines made.

Hopefully I will be oficially 1-ton in under 2 weeks.

I was going to swap the axles myself but since I tore down the Jimmy my garage is packed with parts!

The 1 tons are in!!! I need to dump those 37's! I will soon be going with 42's with beadlocks. Also during all of this the Dana 20 was yanked and replaced with a Dana 300 with an AA adapter. The clutch looks good but the hydraulics might be messed up, we are just going to replace them.

I just need a D44 yoke and also a CV yoke for the Dana 300.
