Nice!! What type of bender are you using? I had a Model-3 but I never got it planted, so I never used it. I'm figuring on getting a acetalin setup and a Harbor Freight kinker. I've seen t sand rails built that way and the bends looked OK except for a small amount of wrinkling on the inner parts of the bends. Nothing real noticable.

here's the killer 132" wb built for duel purpose crawl/baja but suspension geometry wont allow over 30 mph for now!!!!!!!!!! i'll be fixn that problem

started fixing all the crrrraaaapppp i broke at moonrocks
the front d44
the ring & pinion had sheared a few teeth
the clutches were gone in the power lock as well as the two cross pins
were broke in half
so new gears $145
clutch kit $55
two cross pins $30 ea.
so before mcr
put the front axle back together
weld up the housing (d44)
replace the ball joints left rear (d60)
install new inner axle w/ new seals and new u joint
install my molly stubs both sides
fab up new mounts for my clutch master and slave from my dodge (in the buggy)
install new stereo and changer
the front d44
the ring & pinion had sheared a few teeth

d44 housing is all welded up
gears installed
d44 is complete
taking the twist out of the chassis
d60 getting a stock inner cut (welder boy)
install new seals get rid of the the two piece ford seals
and put chevy seals in it
changing the stubs
need to rewrap the front winch
fix elec to rear winch
charging the batts
check all fluids
check all bolts
gears installed
d44 is complete
