81 Toyota
Got my marlin mc07 and my topshift case. Also have a drop bar for front to fix pinion angle on front axle. I will post updates and pics as I go. Still need a front drive shaft to build a square out of.

I might need to access a press in a week or so if any one has one in the sacramento area. I may just buy one but wanted to see if any one had one.

Re: 81 Toyota
Reading the instructions for the MC07 it shows using a press to get the gear of the mainshaft is there another way?

Well the Swing press isnt what they said to use but it sure worked fine. Here is my Case almost ready to go on. Now all I need to do is weld in the front drop bar to fix my horible pinion angle on my front axle, Build some drivelines and order my bud built cross member. I cant wait to try it all out.

Re: 81 Toyota
Are you sure you need to install the hanger to help with the pinion angle? When you install the dual case the angle won't be as steep due to the t-case is moved back. I would install the dual case first & see how it looks.

Re: 81 Toyota
I dont have too but I would prefer to I know it will make it allot better with the dual cases but I already bought the hanger and I would prefer as little driveline angle as I can get but I do appriciate the advice.

Re: 81 Toyota
Update:
Shifter C clips sourced from Toyota dealer Dual cases in the truck. No drivelines on it yet I will be sorting that out after christmas I also am waiting to figure out a crossmember I am pretty sure I am going to go with the bud built crossmember I really like the single case version I had. I also plan to pull the third in the rear and put the stud eliminator kit from trail gear in it needs to be resealed and one of the studs is strippedin the rear any way.
As far as a shift boot for the second shifter. Pick in pull 81 Toyota Celica Manual transmission shift boot works perfectly.

I contacted the compay last friday and they got back to me yesterday and said that they are getting a shipment at the end of this week and that some are presold and they told me to get my order in asap. So hopefully it will ship next week.
